The authors of a manuscript published in the Journal of Telecommunication, Electronic and Computer Engineering (JTEC) retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights pertaining to the work(s).

Authors of a manuscript accepted for publication in the Journal of Telecommunication, Electronic and Computer Engineering (JTEC) are granted unrestricted publication rights. By submitting their work, authors grant JTEC the right to publish the article with Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka designated as the original publisher.

The Journal of Telecommunication, Electronic and Computer Engineering (JTEC) is an open-access publication adhering to the guidelines of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This license enables reusers to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, while ensuring appropriate attribution to the author of the manuscript.
