Peer Review Process

The practice of peer review is to ensure that good paper is published. It is an objective process at the heart of good scholarly publishing and is carried out on all reputable scientific journals. Our referees, therefore play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of JTEC.

All manuscripts submitted for publication undergo double-blind peer review. Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers.

It is important to note that the journal may take up to approximately 6 months to process the review, acknowledgement and publication of the manuscript submitted by authors.

Publication Frequency

From 2010 to 2015, the normal issue of the journal was published two times a year, specifically in June and December.

In 2016, the normal issue of the journal was published three times a year, namely in April, August and December.

Starting from 2017, the normal issue of the journal is published four times per year, which are in March, June, September and December.

In addition, special issues of JTEC will be published non-periodically from time to time.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
