Abstract

In this paper, we analyzed the symbol error rate (SER) performance of a selective decode-forward (DF) relaying based on multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) orthogonal space-time block coded (OSTBC) cooperation network, considering the channel estimation error. First, the symbol error rate performance of 3 nodes, 2 phase selective DF relaying based MIMO-STBC cooperation network over Nakagami-m fading channels with consideration of channel estimation error has been analyzed. Secondly, equal power allocation and optimal power allocation scenario have been considered and the SER performance has been analyzed. Thirdly, we derive the upper bound and asymptotic expressions of SER. We have achieved the full diversity by using the MIMO with orthogonal space-time block coded selective decode-forward system.
